What were your first impressions of us as a company?
I actually met up with Miles at a Motorway service station! I was extremely impressed and he seemed very knowledgeable. He gave me the confidence to want to work with ICE Innovation.

Do your first impressions still stand after working with us?
Yes. In fact, I would go so far as to say that i'm even more impressed with them now than I was then.

Did you approach other companies for the same thing?
No because I have knowledge of Web and knew that Miles knew his stuff! 

How would you rate your level of satisfaction with regard to overall quality?
Brilliant!

Have you got any previous experience of working with our competitors?
I’ve had experience of Web and Internet companies in the past and they were useless. One of them went bankrupt and I had to race to get my website off his server before he disappeared!

On a scale of 1-5, 5 being excellent and 1 being poor, how would you rate the overall service that you received from us?

Very, very well

Did our concepts meet or exceed your expectations?
Both met AND exceeded my expectations! I had a good idea of what I wanted, so I gave you my ideas and you turned them into something amazing.
I also appreciate your complete honesty as you always give it to me straight! I sent Sammy the concept ideas for my new shop front and she was totally honest with me and said it needed to change if I was going to attract my key target audiences. She was right of course and I couldn’t be happier with the new designs she created for me. It looks fantastic now! We had a press release done yesterday, so i’m really looking forward to seeing the photographs.

What were some of the biggest benefits you found working with us?
Getting my brand and seeing my website live for the first time! I can’t wait to start my online marketing campaign with you now!

How likely are you to use us again for future projects?
Definitely, we are just about to start our online marketing campaign.

How likely are you to recommend us to your contacts?
I have already recommended both Clients and contacts to you and will continue to do so because I am so impressed.

Was there any part of our process or member of the team that you were particularly impressed with?
It was Miles’ attention to detail that won my business in the first place. Then I met Sammy which sealed the deal – they’re both fantastic.

Thinking about your most recent contact, how would you rate our overall knowledge of your problem or question?
Fantastic. I have been dealing with Tim and Paul recently from the design team and I’d say their knowledge is very good.
