My first impressions still stand. Having met Miles and dealt with Tim, you are all very professional and are doing a good job without a doubt!

When you first approached us to work with you, what was your reason?
SEO. Plus you are Train to Gain providers so the funding you helped us to get was very helpful in helping us to design and develop a new website that would help us to launch an incredibly effective online marketing campaign.

Did you approach other companies for the same thing?
No because I’d already gone through the same process before with the guys who built my current website, so I knew exactly what I needed to move forward.

Why did you choose to work with us?
Following my meeting with Kate, Miles came to see me and not only provided some great idea’s. He also reassured us that we would get ongoing support from ICE Innovation with online marketing after the website had been redesigned.

How would you rate your level of satisfaction with regard to overall quality?

I think it would help if you had an online demo or a training manual to leave with Clients so they could refer back to it if needed. It would be useful to give to my staff too.

Did our concepts meet or exceed your expectations?
I’ve got very high expectations and you met them.

Did we deliver exactly what you wanted?
Miles came up with some great idea’s and was really sparky during our meeting (he even sang to us!!!) The functionality of our website is better than we expected and it’s so nice to know that we’re working with a partner who is actually interested in our business, rather than just ‘another marketing company’.

What were some of the biggest benefits you found working with us?
Both Kate and Miles ‘sold’ the company very well and you all understood my business very quickly.

How likely are you to use us again for future projects?
Definately. ICE Innovation are now about to start an internet marketing campaign so watch this space!
