We currently recruiting for the following vacancy to start in March/April. Project Manager/Administration Support. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager/Administration Support to join a small team within a highly successful organisation in Leeds. The role will involve: Project Management Accounts Administration/PA Duties Experience required Candidates should have previous experience of working in a technical environment within an administrative role and ideally have knowledge of Sage Line 50 Accounts and general accounts processes. You should have a fast and accurate typing speed (at least 40 WPM) and be a competent user of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Personal Profile Due to the volume of technical Client interaction within this role, you will not only have a polite and capable telephone manner with the ability to handle any reactionary issues which are raised without the need to involve more senior members of staff. You should also have a technical background (ideally from working within a website development environment) as you will be liaising between our website developers and in-house team to project manage and co-ordinate them. You will be an efficient multi-tasker with a proven record in organisational skills and have a methodical approach to your work. Based on the hours of 10am-3pm, 5 days per week or the equivalent of 25 hours per week. Fixed term contract to cover Maternity from April to October 2010. Potential of job share after October. |
