Project Manager/Administration Support.

The role will involve:

Project Management
• Updating the company CRM system and monitoring Project progress
• Assisting with the implementation of new systems and procedures
• Liaising with the website development team to raise technical issues and ensure the quality of their work is to ICE Innovation’s standard before presenting to the Client.
• Monitoring the progress of the technical team and communicating with them on a regular basis to ensure projects are on track.

Accounts
• Producing Purchase Orders, Invoices, Standing Orders and Credit notes
• Updating the Sales Ledger using Sage Line 50 Accounts
• Credit Control
• Handling any Client queries ensuring any escalated issues are passed to the company CEO
• Monthly payment run including payroll and staff holidays
• Recording all Purchases made by cheque using Microsoft Excel
• Producing accounts information for the company Accountant
• Taking any payments made by cheque to the bank

Administration/PA Duties
• Taking minutes of weekly Management meeting
• Organising Client Meetings and diary management
• Corresponding with Clients via email and telephone
• Assisting both Directors with email correspondence and Client meeting preparation
• Checking and submitting Client funding claim forms
• Internet Research
• General office duties including filing

Experience required

Candidates should have previous experience of working in a technical environment within an administrative role and ideally have knowledge of Sage Line 50 Accounts and general accounts processes. You should have a fast and accurate typing speed (at least 40 WPM) and be a competent user of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Personal Profile

Due to the volume of technical Client interaction within this role, you will not only have a polite and capable telephone manner with the ability to handle any reactionary issues which are raised without the need to involve more senior members of staff. You should also have a technical background (ideally from working within a website development environment) as you will be liaising between our website developers and in-house team to project manage and co-ordinate them. You will be an efficient multi-tasker with a proven record in organisational skills and have a methodical approach to your work.


Salary Details

Based on the hours of 10am-3pm, 5 days per week or the equivalent of 25 hours per week.
£20,000pa and 20 days holiday per year pro rata.

Fixed term contract to cover Maternity from April to October 2010. Potential of job share after October.
