What is your professional background?
2 A'Levels in Art & Media, Foundation in Art, HND in Graphic Design and BA(Hons) in Design.I specialised in Branding and Marketing, in which I have 15 years commercial experience. 6 of those were spent running my own branding agency before Miles and I launched ICE Innovation in 2008. I have also taken my education further by qualifying in NLP with Saxton Partners, and have spent over 9 years extensively studying the psychology of sales, body language, typography, advanced language, colour psychology and strategic marketing to ensure that every brand we work with will create an impact on your target customers, position you as a market leader and deliver a compelling emotional response to buy from you.
Tell us about a typical day for you?
Wow, every day is so varied! In the morning I could be working with a client in a 121 brand strategy session or in a team planning meeting. In the afternoon I could be making sales calls, organising our monthly event for Unique Synergy, designing marketing materials, writing marketing content, creating email campaigns or holding outcomes sessions with our Partners of Unique Synergy. Early evening is usually spent at an event, a board meeting, playing frisbee with Bonnee over at Roundhay Park or at home cooking!

Nickname?
Sammy Squirrel (my surname used to be Tyrrell), Samantha the Pink Panther or Sammy Whammy as my Dad calls me!
Do you have a claim to fame?
I was once on a ghost show because my Grandma took a photo of me on holiday at a farmhouse in Dorset when I was 16 and it showed a ghost lady sitting on the stairs behind me and a ghost dog jumping onto my lap! It went in for all sorts of forensic testing and came out totally 100% proof that it was real. We were whisked off to Windsor for the day to film in a really spooky castle and it went out live on National TV!

A phenomenal MD, has a ‘Can & Will Do’ attitude, extremely empowering leader of her teams and does at least one thing every day to make a difference to someone else’s life.
My Mum, Gill Cossins
The most creative, generous and approachable person I know. With an amazing talent for pottery, crafts and art, she has a Craft centre with Gites over in Brittany and no matter where she goes, whatever Country she is in, she is always at the heart of the community giving something back. A strong, helpful, honest and beautiful spirit, nothing has ever defeated her. Alongside my Dad and Miles, she is one of my three best friends.
My Dad, Martin Cossins
An absolute pillar of strength and reliability, he has integrity and honesty running through every cell of DNA in his body. He taught me from a very young age that if you want something, you don't hang around and wait for it to come to you, you've go out there and get it! I spend every day of my life improving myself to pay my Mum and Dad back in pride for everything they have done to help me get here. Alongside my Mum and Miles, he is one of my three best friends.
When was the last time you laughed so much you cried?
When we went away on an activity holiday for my brother Kieran's 21st birthday.
On the first day we went to Bodyflight, where we went indoor skydiving. It was so funny and we all laughed our way through the entire experience!! Here you can see from left to right: My Mum, Dad, Miles, Lee, Me and Kieran.
In this picture, you can see them holding me down to stop me from floating to the top of the air chamber.
It was an awesome morning, followed by Go Ape in the afternoon. Unfortunately Miles is behind the camera!

We went Zorbing the next day, where you can just about see me and Miles, screaming and laughing our way down a very steep hill in a very bouncy rubber ball!!!!
