Order smaller amounts and update them at least every 6 months because your business will have made small changes and you may even be offering new services. You will most certainly have received new testimonials and case studies, which you definitely need to shout about!
You can use the design you already have and just amend the text within them, saving you money on design.
A simple word of advice: When your marketing materials or website are stale, people ignore them and tune out your message.
